Day 13 – Buena Vista to Walsenburg

Day 13 of PAC Tour takes us further across Colorado to the town of Walsenburg. Although not a big climbing day, it was a long day at around 138 miles.

We did a 6am breakfast again and left at 6.30am. This was the first really cool morning of the trip and I actually wore my long sleeved top until the first SAG stop.

Although out of the really big mountains, we had some excellent mountain scenery as we travelled along a high plateau towards Walsenburg.

We were in Amish territory but we didn't see any
